Jackson Street Community Garden

We’re excited to introduce a new way to grow together, literally!

The Jackson Street Community Garden Initiative is all about bringing more greenery to our neighbourhood while creating space for connection, sustainability, and local pride.

We’re transforming a section of land on Jackson Street (in front of Petone Community Policing Centre) into a shared community garden, and we’re inviting locals to claim their own small plot to grow herbs, vegetables, or flowers.
